Has India deliberately acknowledged the developmentof a submarine-based cruise missile "Sagarika" to send a clear message to the super power(s) ?The missile is likely to be installed on the nuclear powered submarine Advanced Technology Vessel (ATV). ATV was a also top guarded secret project till then Navy Chief Admiral Vishnu Bhagwat spilled the beans in an interview in 1998.
