Transparency Travails

The Central Vigilance Commissioner has directed that all the tenders as well as advertisements issued by Public Sector Units (PSUs) must be displayed on their websites. This has several PSU executives wondering if the next step would be to put all corporate correspondence on the website as well. Transparency is certainly a good thing but will excessive transparency only help the private sector competitors of these PSU? Or are they protesting too much?
